Modern hotel, the stay was wonderful, absolutely perfect location in a nice area. Nice building and rooms with good facilities. Location not far from great " local " restaurants, the old town centre a taxi ride, 10 minutes and 40 pesos and the paseo de montejo. Nearby Restaurante Las Jirafas - great place to chill out.

The room was well laid out and spotless with extra pillows included. the breakfast was large. - the hotel was near Starbucks, a museum, downtown, and the main tourist attractions of Merida.

I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Firstly, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was situated in a nice and safe area, close to everything I wanted to visit. Just like the previous reviewer mentioned, there were car rental offices nearby, making it convenient for exploring the city and even taking day trips to nearby attractions like the Mayan ruins.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic. There was nothing that I felt could be improved.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, with well, decorated interiors and freshly, painted walls. Breakfast is excellent with traditional Mexican and American options to choose from. La Veranda's homemade bread selection is unbeatable, according to a review. the hotel has an outdoor dinner buffet in a garden right in front of the building, and they serve great food. the pool area is also popular and well, liked.
