Modern hotel, the stay was wonderful, absolutely perfect location in a nice area. Nice building and rooms with good facilities. Location not far from great " local " restaurants, the old town centre a taxi ride, 10 minutes and 40 pesos and the paseo de montejo. Nearby Restaurante Las Jirafas - great place to chill out.

I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Firstly, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was situated in a nice and safe area, close to everything I wanted to visit. Just like the previous reviewer mentioned, there were car rental offices nearby, making it convenient for exploring the city and even taking day trips to nearby attractions like the Mayan ruins.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic. There was nothing that I felt could be improved.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the colonial city center, making it very convenient to explore the main square and other attractions. Guests mentioned that the rooms were comfortable, with nice enclosed balconies and large showers. The staff was courteous and helpful, with a particular mention of a desk clerk named Mitchell who provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food options and was reasonably priced.

The hotel is conveniently located in a business area near the American embassy, close to everything and among other big hotels in the city. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with well, decorated interiors and freshly, painted walls. Breakfast is excellent with traditional Mexican and American options to choose from. La Veranda's homemade bread selection is unbeatable, according to a review. the hotel has an outdoor dinner buffet in a garden right in front of the building, and they serve great food. the pool area is also popular and well, liked.
One of the reviews mentions that the internet can be unreliable and limited to only one device per password, which is inconvenient for some guests.

My Easter vacation was quite enjoyable thanks to this hotel's great complementary breakfast and free wifi. The location was also perfect, right by the main sights and attractions. Plus, the staff was kind and accommodating.
The downside is that the rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovations. The elevators were slow and unreliable, making for long wait times.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to Montejo Ave and within walking distance of many interesting places and wonderful restaurants. The hotel had more character in the centro area, which I really enjoyed. The cleanliness was great, and the hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were great. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with an egg station, wonderful breads, and a variety of fruits and cereals. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
